The glass hob top on my Beko cooker sticks up at the front and does not sit on the cushions. It doesn't sit flat on the cooker top when in the down position, how can I adjust it?

What's the exact model number?
Are you sure there's nothing getting trapped under the back edle if the cover along or near the hinge line?
