i have an echo star3000ip every time iturn on the reciver it does not go to the channels or any other function ,all i hear is a clicking noise

I have same problem so does a friend of mine.
Can you advice us to nearest repair center or person near surrey?
or if you have details of the fault or diagram I may be able to replace the faulty parts.
