How do i fix my worcester 350 combi?

my boiler has suddenly stopped working. it appears there is no power going to it as there are no lights on. however i have checked fuse and there is power to it. Are there any internal fuses or does any one know the likely fault

did u let water pressure drop go to very top of boiler and press reset button you dont even have to take case off top right hand side put finger in hole and press little button
