Servis Millenium washer spin cylce slow?

My servis Millenium washer will not fast spin. Drum goes round and the rest of the wash cycle seems fine. I have cleaned all the pipes and filter etc. Any ideas?

I've just scrapped my old Millenium model no M3510s and have a working PCB and some other bits except drum and pump.
