Mine has seized up?

The blades on my unit have seized up, the engine works and it goes round but the grinding blades have both stuck. How do I free them?

The make is Teka, but I don't know the model number

buy stainless next time, drizzel veg. oil let stand awhile then try to swivel them free, they will rust back down if unit is not used often
