Looking for a 9V--- 2.2 amp Liquid Video DVD charger cord?

My 89 years old father lost the charger cord for his Liquid Video portable DVD player my brother got him. We need a 9 volt -- 2.2 amp cord. Does anyone know where can we buy one or order one?

On EBay I found various AC-DC converters listed, I believe, under "Accessories." You can use any 9V-12V adaptor as long as the current exceeds your needs; in other words, a converter with an output of 3 amps would not harm your unit and I think Panasonic has a 3 amp converter. You may have a problem with the connector fitting the opening on your player, but various diameters can be bought at Radio Shack (just be sure to correctly attach the connector following polarity). A converter such as the 3 amp on EBay should cost about $7-$10. You will see all kinds of prices, but there is no need to pay an exhorbitant price. Hope this helps.
