How would I delete songs that got added to my mp3 player 2 or 3 times without erasing it totally? I have a siren 4GB mp3 player.

OK, most have a menu system that allows one file to be deleted but to be honest most of these things come with file manager software that allow files to be added, deleted and renamed etc..

If it is made by the people who make the Creative players (NOMAD etc.. ) then there will be software available on the internet.

Plug it into your computer with the provided usb cable. If you lost it, get a USB to Mini-5 cable. It is the same type of cable that the SONY PSP uses (wal-mart has them), also it's what quite a few digital camera's use.

I've only briefly used a 4GB siren, but the way you add, you can remove -- via the cable.
