CD scratch?

My CD is not sounding the way it should. The songs are jumpy. How do I clean a CD? What do I use? COuld it be SCRATCHED? How do I repair a CD?

Try cleaning the CD with a soft lint free cloth. If it has any scratches invest in a CD scatch repair system which doesnt cost much and saves money in the long run.Another reason could be the lens in the cd player could be dirty.Use some methlated spirits and a que tip and clean the lens in a circular motion for at least 5 seconds then let it dry and test out. ! Unplug the cd player first !
hope this helps
