how can i fix my tumble drier T620CW?

my tumble drier has given up drying clothes it just gives out cold air and the clothes stay wet what is wrong with it it is 3 years old

one of the thermal switches has blown - it is unlikely to be the element. buy and fit yourself - it is a very easy job. they are bought as a pair and cost about£30. make sure you replace both
