How can I fix my Mikomi PC camera, it installed fine the first time round but my little sister uninstalled it and now it will not let me use either the original camera or the replacement of the same make even though they both appear to have installed (not fully as the devices and options lists aren't complete).

It shows that it has installed but when I open the device it comes up with a message saying; Error: you have no video capture hardware.

Also the list of options and devices isn't full.

I can't do anything at all with it, even though it will let me set it to preview the screen just remains blank.

I have tried to re-install it every way I can think of.

make sure you uninstall it completly, then re-install it as you did the first time.
