beko washing machine?

my prewash light is flashing, im presuming its indicating an alarm of some sort. how can i fix this?

My Beko Washing machine has got stuck with the light on start button and the light on child lock and I can't clear the buttons to make the machine start. The door opens fine but machine wan't start.
