How can i fix my pioneer dc-x303z twin cassette deck/amplifier?

I am trying to download all my old cassette tapes to my pc/media player. I have the software but the out terminals from the tape deck re phono/cd or video. i have tried all three outs but wav/sound is not being picked up by pc/software. Any suggestions.
