why does my cooker burn my food even when its on the lowest temp?

why does my cooker keep burning my food? My nan gave it to me and its just over a yr old and she said something was up with it, Even if you put it on the lowest tempature it still burns food please help

The thermostat is faulty. Unfortunately, you'll need a corgi reg engineer to replace it. Its not a diy job.
