How do I set the timer on my Baxi 105e?

Hi, do to the cold weather I want to put my central heating on the timer so that it comes on just before we get up but cannot find anything that tells me how to do it. Can anyone out there help please?

Not sure which timer you have, some timers are digital, some are analogue and have little tappets that pull out around the clock ring.
