how can i fix my horne Renault megane?

My Horne is not working and i know the problem is the fuse, but i dont know which fuse to change, also i don't have the fuse diagram

horn fuse is the second space along on the top row of the fuse box in the dash just under the steering wheelthe first space may be blank.
