Information on SEIKO Time-Dater clock?

Am looking for information about SEIKO time-dater clock. The mechanical clock mechanism Model Number, etc, that will allow me to find a replacement for my clock. The mechanism has been replaced with a quartz movement, and the date mechanism, as well as the chime bars are intact.
