my sony ericsson k800i comes up with operation failed when i try to enter the games menu and the same happens when i try to download a game can anyone help?

Hi, i also have the same problem. 3 have advised me that the only way to resolve the problem is to have the phone flashed. Make sure you back everything up before you do it though as you will loose everything, including any games you previously paid for.

allso forgot to say that i tried a full reset and a software upgrade in the hope it would over wright the corruption no joy there let me know if you had and sucses

sorry buddy there is not much we can do i sitting at home now racking my brain over it i had apps installed to mem card and very stupidly removed the card. i know your all thinking retad. short of a new phone you could get it sent off im doing that at week end.

im pretty sure its a write off.

there is nothing on the net at all about our problem i think we is screwed
