I get vertical lines after 3 copies and have to clean the drum how can this be fixed or what part needs to be replased

It needs a drum blade. These have a user replaceable cartridge. You can buy a new unit- new or compatible or you can try and change the drum blade yourself. Finding the units are easier than replacing the blade unless your in the business.
