putting belt on?

My name is Junior. I need to know how to install the rear belt for the transmission drive on a Huskee 14.5 HP lawnmower. The model # is SKU#4497607

If your mower is like mine, try this: unscrew the forward/reverse gear knob. take out the two screws that hold the gear selector cover plate and carefully rotate it to the right out of the way. lift the seat forward. carefully remove the battery and the holding tray that its setting on. The Rear trans belt is now visible. with your right hand, grab the smaller pulley and rotate it to the right which will releave the tension on the belt. While holding this pulley far to the right, take your left hand and remove the belt. Make careful note as to its path of travel. Instal the new belt and release the tensioning pulley back into place. Replace the battery holding tray and battery. Fold the seat back down into position. Repalce the gear selector cover plate. Put the knob back on. Your done.

Look under the left foot rest. There should be a routing diagram there. To replace the belt the mower deck belt must first be removed. Depress and lock the brake and route the belt as the diagram shows. You may need to remove several keeper rods to allow the belt to be positioned. Be sure to replace all of those keeper.
