i hav the same problem too, mine has a mind of its own lol best thing to do? Bin it and get a new up to date model!!

I have the same problem too! My AIWA Hi-Fi model no. NSX-R30 CD3 player cannot read/play CD! Do we have to change a new laser eye?

I have exactly the same problem on my nsx-s22 3 cd changer, from scouring the web i understand its it requires a new laser pick up, only that these are now obsolete for nsx-models. hmm well done aiwa!
