deprogram Phillips TV?

I recieved a Phillips TV that was programed for comercial use only. I was given a code to deprogram but it did not work. I there another code I can use so it can be used for local programing

You need to set the remote in TV Setup mode. Then you need to input the following numbers in quick order. 024995 then press menu. Use the + and - to change the setup.
