How to set the date and time on a Thompson RR 520U radio/cd player?

can anyone tell me where I can get a manual for the Thompson model RR 520 U.

Press the SET TIME/ALARM button repeatedly until the clock icon is displayed. (It will appear in the top left hand corner of the screen and does look a bit like a clock reading about 10:10.)
Press the REV or FWD buttons to adjust the time.
