How can I stop my site opening in other frames?

The company with which I have registered a URL adds advertising to my web site when they forward my URL to the host. How can I remove this advertising from my web site.

I suspect that the company is using frames to add things at the top and bottom of your site. You should add a small bit of code to your pages which will stop this happening. Search for "html removing frames."
