I have a User's Guide & tried following the directions to switching the language, but it remains in Spanish. I would love it in English! Please HELP!

I am having the same problem with a neighbours phone .... was working correctly in english for about 6 months .... now it is in french. I am pretty good ..... but I couldn't help him. I will let you know if I get it figured out.
