Hi. I'm looking for a kneading blade to replace my old one that has been left in water and lost all the "non-stick" covering on it. It is now very difficult to clean and it gets stuck, as well, resulting in badly kneaded dough. If you have a suggestion on how to possibly fix it, it would be much appreciated, but I suppose that that would be just temporary. I live in New Zealand and have been to the Breville website to look for info, but no luck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Had problem getting paddle so I ordered a panasonic paddle and modified it just needed filing now works fine
