I have the above named modem. The trouble is i cant get the driver to work due to a previous driver on my system that i cant get rid of namely a BT voyger 105adsl. It wouldnt let me use add/delete progs so i shredded part of it but one peice remains a file called "dslagent" this appears in an error message when i try and delete it. When im using my setup disk i get the following message: The dsl modem is already installed it must be removed before i can setup etc. Any ideas any1? cheers Daz
ps: i dnt have the origional driver disk from the bt modem and my os is xp home
