how can i find a replacement lid for my cordon bleu slow cooker?

I have a cordon bleu slow cooker about 15yrs + old. Serial no: 5253/353/453 and I have chipped the lid. It's the "old" style creamy colour one with a brown pot lid. Does anyone know where to purchase a new one. I seem to think Cordon blue maufacturing has now gone into liquidation but would be very grateful if anyone can help me on this matter

I've just broken the lid on my slow cooker, which is also about 15 years old. Did anyone have success with a replacement? If so could you advise me of the supplier please
