Well I have the same problem. I have dragged and dropped the music files and it shows up on the computer but when I try to listen to the music it says 'No Files'. I tried the above and clicking Format but it says Warning: formatting will delete everything on the removable disk. The instructions say not to delete the MICIN.DIR file so I haven't done it. I am so annoyed I can't use it. Please help!!
