how can i fix the heater im my 1997 citroen saxo?

my heater is blowing cold air and i was wondering would anyone know whats up with it, its a 1.1 Citroen Saxo 1997 it was working fine and i got a new clutch put in the car and the heater hasnt worked from i got the clutch.

My car also had a new clutch at an MOT and my heaters dont work either!!
I don't know how to fix the problem sorry, but thought i'd say i have the same problem...
