Which model do you have ?
Some of the larger models have a built in descale program.
In most cases just use descaling salts or descaling acids... be sure to use a descaler that is safe to use on stainless steel such as "Limeaway" and be prepared for foaming, dont add to much descaler at a time or you will have a big foaming mess to clean up !
