We have a kenmore 30" dual fuel slide in range. The last time the power went out at our house the panel errored out. On the display it shows F1. We need to repair this. We looked in the books that came with the stove but it refers us to one that we don't have. Please help! I am sure if we have to call a repair man that it will cost me alot more then if I could get this fixed myself.

You will indeed need to replace the board. Sears charged me $305 for it and I had to wait a week. Make sure that after they replace it, that they check that the warmer drawer is re-connected or you will need them to come back yet again.
Also when they are done, check that the self cleaning function works. Mine still does not and I am waiting for a reply from customer service. I hope that you have better luck than I have had. You might try a local appliance repair person instead of Sears to get a better price and service.
