how can i fix my Samsung E700??????!!!?

Hey,
My Samsung E700, when you turn it on everything else works except the display does not show anything all there is, is a white background with black/brown splotches on it, but the mini display works fine, and this is annoying because i would click random numbers then end up ringing numbers that i shouldnt.
PLEASE Help me!!
