How can I fix my Renault lauguna segam sticking speedo?

I have a Renault Laguna with a segram speedo which keeps sticking at 30mph and 60mph and has recently cause me to receive a speeding ticket can it be fixed and how can I fix it please

I have a '00 alize which had the same problem, I resolved the problem by removing the surrounding facia, and removing the needle (gently) wiping the speedo facia with a damp cloth and replacing the housing facia. I understand that over time, the speedo can drop very slightly causing it to stick, 30 and 60 mph are the areas on the dash that have bolts underneath that cause the speedo needle to get caught.

Hope this helps
