Engine starts but misfires?

2003 Yamaha 135 HP waverunner engine misfires. Start Ok. Replaced spark plugs and fuel filter. Some improvement but still misfiring

take the fly wheel off and give the CDI units a bl**dy good clean with sand paper and clean the pick ups on the CDI units clean the inside of the fly wheel too and WD40 everything so its water tight
