Fuel Gaugue not working on Laguna 1.8RT?

Hi,
Has anyone any ideas with this, is this fuse related or am i looking at replacing parts any help deeply appreciated.

Mine went the same way, thought it was the fuel tank sender unit so bought one off ebay for £30. Ended up being just the float on the fuel tank sender arm. Easy enough to replace if you follow the haynes guide, only took me 30mins for a first attempt.
