WHY DOES MY DVD PLAYER TRY TO LOAD, THEN READ NO DISC ?

I TRY AND LOAD A DVD MOVIE TO WATCH, IT TRIES TO LOAD, BUT IT STOPS, then it reads, no disc, i have watched a movie on this player in the past. can you show me a picture on how to fix this problem? thank you much.

I have had the same problem. It turned out to be a dirty laser. I purchased a DVD cleaning disc that you insert into the player and a small brush cleans the laser lens
