We have a ferroli modena 102 boiler which when switched on wont fire in. We don't have any troubleshooting paperwork. Can you advise please before calling a plumber.

I am facing the same problem the ferroli wont fire i did all i could as checking all the connections and mains but it wont fireon. the paper work is easy to find, go to www.ferroli.co.uk and browse through domestic archive and there u will find the required model and its manual.
