I have a 40850 and had the same problem. Check the main control pcb located inside the door, there are two large blue wires located on a plug on the right hand side on the pcb. these are fed from a relay sited on the board. the relay on mine had a dry joint on the underside of the pcb check this or check the relay itself. I have just fixed mine after asking for help from just about eveyone. Good Luck Regards David Hunter
