boiler keeps shutting down?

I need to have the heating on to run the hot warter but the boiler keeps cutting out . what could it be . and can i sort it out with out my self . VAILLANT TURBOmax 242/1E/ 282/1E

common problem...diverter valve ..go through lcd display and find position of diverter valve....should be in hotwater mode at rest....

I have the same boiler and the same problem, have replaced the microswitch, and differential pressure switch, cost 35 quid didnt solve problem, i will keep an eye on this site. will let you know if i solve the problem. appreciate if you could do ame at wolymammoth663@hotmail.com
