looks like you have a blockage in filter sump
remove and clean filter in base remove bottom washer arm and unscrew clamp it goes into and clean then in base you will see a black rubber flap lift this up and clean inside ,i had same problem, i used a vacuum cleaner and a piece of garden hose
there can be a lot of water in there, so be careful on what type of hover you use. after cleaning I had to run mine twice before it worked.
