the electric plug will not retract back into the mach. what can i do to correct this problem the series number is 6500sr its my electrolux vacuum cleaner model number is n29604a my question is how do i correct tiis problem
Replace the cord reel. The spring mechanism or other parts have broken inside, causing it to jam. The reel is sold as one part, cord and all. I can supply the reel to you, email me at arctic@worldlynx.net
