My Diplomat dishwasher ADP8332 doesn't release detergent...how can i fix it?

Please tell me how to fix my Diplomat ADP8332, as it is completeing the cycle but not releaseing the detergent....so no clean dishes.

Thanks, Steve, the dishwasher is loaded correctly each time it's used. The tablet is not being dispensed on any programme that I use. The machine used to rinse then you could hear the tablet being released...that doesn't happen anymore! HELP!

Could either be the dispensor itself or the control unit for the time being choose a programme that doesn't have a pre-wash and throw the tablet in the bottom of the machine I am of course assuming incorrect loading isn't stopping the dispensor door from opening
