Potterton Profile pilot light on but no hot water or heating?

My Potterton Netaheat Profile has the pilot light that comes on and sounds as if it's sparking/igniting but there is no heating for either the water or central heating.
Any suggestions? Much appreciated.

If the pilot lights but the sparking continues either the pilot flame is too small or the pcb is faulty.
Untill the pcb detects the pilot via the igniter it will not stop sparking and will not operate the main gas solenoid.
Also check the main live and neutral are the correct way round.
If the pilot lights and the sparking stops the fault may be the main gas solenoid going open circuit.

is it a light or not ? it sounds don't help.
