Is my new fridge freezer safe to start using?

I have just bought a new Samsung fridgefreezer which has been plugged in and left for 2-3 hours to cool. When I opened the fridge compartment the back of the fridge just under the light is freezing over. Is this safe to use. The model is RLA24FCNS
