iPAQ Computer locked - How can I unlock it?

I cannot unlock and the computer is asking a question whose answer i do not know. Can you please tell me if you can unlock it. I can give you further details when you let me know if you will be able to unlock it. Thanks

didn't notice what model you have but the way to cold reset (ALL data will be lost!) the ipaq is to hold the two outer buttons (17xx & 3xxx series) down while inserting your reset tool into the hole on the bottom left edge
