No water is delivered but the pump is working. I have ordered a new solenoid. How do I get the new hose from my solenoid into the machine. Whwere is the access point

The lights on the top of the door the cycle setting lights and power lights are not working now, although when I press the power switch on left the washer makes a normal noise as if draining water, think its the pump making the noise. Is there a fuse that needs changing or is the board blown completely. Note it was in a cycle when it stopped working normally. Then I noticed that it seems stuck in whatever cycle it was in when fault occurred.

the neff dwashers are built well, they preety tricky to get into, should uninstall the dwasher and turn it upsidedown, accses panel on the base, then you get to the whole thing. not sure about you dignosis though!! id of said, just reset it.
