Have the same problem. Not as bad as it was since cleaning out the top of the part where the tray fits (Bowl of water and a nail brush!). Ran the machine at 90 a couple of times and there seemed to be some black bits in the tray that i had dislodged. It's a lot better now but not perfect, hence, me looking it up on the web. Good luck.
