How do I fix my royal cx 7000 shredder?

Worked one minute then not the next. Inside the head is clean, reverse works, forward works for a second when the slider is moved from reverse to auto. Nothing happens when paper is inserted into the slot.

Might be the sensors that detect paper. My fellowes has that but it seems when I had cleaned them (hard to find) still did not matter. Good luck.
