Can anyone help,

I think I fried the controller circuit board on my hotpoint aqaurius washing machine last week, what happened was i took off the pump to clear a blockage, put it back together, the machine switched on, buzzed for a few seconds then banged twice, took off the motor all looks ok but took off the controller board and had a look at ait, a lot of the components got cooked on it, tried contacting the spare parts company that supply the machine parts to my electrical dealer's service dept, they dont have any in stock, what can I do, please help as my missus is not too happy with no washing machine lol

Hi cant help you but i have the exact same machine that broke
yesterday, if you have had the same machine for less than 5 yrs they have 5 yr parts and labour warranty on them, you need to register it, a £90 call out charge but a new circuit board costs much more than this. you may as well buy your wife a new machine. Put a smile back on her face!!
