water no getting to ice maker?

my ice maker is not getting any water. the drinking water works but not the ice maker, its a kenmore side by side. please tell me how to fix it.

I have the exact same problem on a Kenmore side to side - water in door works fine. No kinks in tubing. Did you ever figure out problem. Thanks, J
